Chyna hires a lawyer to ban her baby daddy from contacting her while he refuses to financially support her any longer.

AceShowbiz - The drama between Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian continues. Chyna is now dragging her baby daddy to court. Hiring a lawyer that represents Mischa Barton in her revenge porn case, she is seeking restraining order against Rob after he posted angry rants on social media and shared her nude photos online.
Chyna described Rob's tirade a "cyberbullying." She also accused the Kardashian member of domestic violence. "Rob has been violent with me in the past and I am afraid to be around him," she said as quoted by TMZ. According to her, Rob attacked her in front of her little son King Cairo. He allegedly cussed, grabbed her phone and pushed her to the ground, "aggressively shoving me by the side of my arm and hitting me on the thigh."
"I'm very proud to represent her, and we are ready to fight for her rights in court to protect her as a woman and as a mother against Rob Kardashian's vicious cyberbullying of her and his acts of revenge porn," her lawyer Lisa Bloom said.
Before the attorney was hired by Chyna, she said, "The criminal penalty is up to six months in jail. If she sued him for money damages, the amount she received would depend on the emotional distress she suffered. Given that he has a large social media following, if the jury was sympathetic to her, she could recover millions."
Rob hasn't responded to the legal threat, but he is reportedly cutting off Chyna financially. He will no longer pay her rental and now wants the cars and jewelry he bought her back. It's unclear how the feud will affect the custody of their daughter Dream. Are both of them at risk of losing the custody of the 7-month-old baby?
Rob accused Chyna of cheating on him, drinking and using drugs with their kid in the house. In his angry rants, he posted her explicit photos on Instagram. He quickly deleted it but his page still got suspended. He later took to Twitter to continue his tirade and share the racy pics before they were once again removed.
