After facing backlash on Instagram for posting a photo of her breastfeeding her newborn baby, "The Walking Dead" star has now taken to the photo-sharing platform to clap back at the haters. As an act of defiance, she shares another photo which finds her nursing her baby girl, looking unfazed by all the negative comments.
In the picture, the actress shows off her multi-tasking talent as she applies makeup while breastfeeding her daughter in a trailer. "This is my body and my page. So I will post what I want, when I want. Those who disapprove can suck my left t*t. #workingmom #chill," so she captions the snap.
It all started when Christian shared a nursing photo a few days ago. It quickly sparked backlash as some Instagram users found it as a way for the actress to gain attention. "Oh stop looking for attention... yes you can feed your baby in public who cares? But why purposely draw attention to it?" a user wrote, while another commented, "Just stop ppl are not needing to see u feed u will get slack. Possible destruction of 'The Walking Dead' #typicalliberal."
The actress welcomed her first child with her boyfriend David Boyd in May and announced the happy news on Mother's Day. She kept many details about her newborn at first, including the baby's sex, name and date of birth. However, it was recently revealed that the baby is a girl, and her name starts with letter "W."
