'Avengers: Infinity War' May Add 'Black Panther' Villain Man-Ape
Movie

It is reported that Man-Ape, who will be played by Winston Duke in the upcoming 'Black Panther', will join the chaos in 'Infinity War'.

AceShowbiz - "Avengers: Infinity War" may add another villain to its growing character list. IMDB claims via its Twitter account that "Black Panther" villain Man-Ape (portrayed by Winston Duke), who is also known as M'Baku, will appear in "Infinity War", joining the massive amount of superheroes and villains which will be featured in the anticipated film.

Should Man-Ape really appear in "Infinity War", it's still unknown how he will be involved in the storyline. There hasn't been any announcement from Marvel about the matter either. In the meantime, the Wakandan villain is set to debut next year in "Black Panther", with Chadwick Boseman reprising his role as Wakandan Prince T'challa. Boseman debuted the role back in 2016's "Captain America: Civil War".

In the comics, Man-Ape is one of Wakanda's most powerful warriors, but he later plans to take the Wakandan throne for himself and teams up with White Gorilla Cult for the purpose. T'challa, however, defeats him in a battle and Man-Ape has never stopped trying to beat up the Black Panther ever since.

"Avengers: Infinity War" is set to hit U.S. theaters on May 4, 2018. As the Avengers and their allies have continued to protect the world from threats too large for any one hero to handle, a new danger has emerged from the cosmic shadows: Thanos. A despot of intergalactic infamy, his goal is to collect all six Infinity Stones, artifacts of unimaginable power, and use them to inflict his twisted will on all of reality. Everything the Avengers have fought for has led up to this moment-the fate of Earth and existence itself has never been more uncertain.

Cast members include Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Chris Pratt, Chris Hemsworth, Benedict Cumberbatch, Mark Ruffalo, Tom Holland, Jeremy Renner, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Bettany, Zoe Saldana, Josh Brolin, Dave Bautista, Peter Dinklage and Terry Notary.
