The 30-year-old troubled actor is being sued by a bartender named David Bernstein after they had a heated verbal altercation over Bernstein's refusal to serve LaBeouf french fries and alcohol.

AceShowbiz - Shia LaBeouf has made headlines once again for his bad behavior. The "Transformers" actor is being sued for defamation and assault after a fight at a bowling alley last month.

The brawl began when LaBeouf got into a heated verbal altercation with a bartender named David Bernstein at Jerry's Famous Deli, which is located inside Pinz Bowling Center, California. In his lawsuit, Bernstein claims the actor erupted after being told that he could not buy anymore alcohol.

The bartender also claps back at LaBeouf's "racist" allegations, accusing the "Man Down" star of trying to "incite a predominantly African-American crowd" by calling Bernstein a "f**king racist b***h." According to TMZ, Bernstein is now seeking $5 million in damages on grounds of assault and defamation. A rep for LaBeouf has yet to respond to the lawsuit.

Witnesses at the bowling alley previously told the news outlet that LaBeouf was pounding beers for around three hours prior to the incident. Footage of the incident, which was captured by a guest, found the actor yelling at Bernstein, who's holding a bottle of vodka. The fight was seemingly over the bartender's refusal to serve the actor french fries.

"That's whack! I'm asking you about french fries and you want to hit me in the head with a Grey Goose bottle!" LaBeouf said in another video. As a staff member tried to defuse the situation, the actor said, "He's about to hit me with a Grey Goose bottle about french fries," before once again yelling at Bernstein, "You f**king racist b***h! You f**ked up!"
