Gabriel Luna will reprise his role as Robbie Reyes a.k.a. Ghost Rider in the upcoming season 4 finale 'World's End', which is slated to air on Tuesday, May 16.

AceShowbiz - "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." season 4 finale is going to be a fiery episode. TVLine broke the news that the episode will see the return of Gabriel Luna as Robbie Reyes a.k.a. Ghost Rider.
The site further reports that in the episode, titled "World's End", the Spirit of Vengeance will team up with Phil Coulson and co. to stop the villainous Aida from ending the world. "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." season 4 finale is slated to air on Tuesday, May 16.
The ABC series seemingly hinted at the return of fans' favorite character on its Twitter earlier Monday, Mon 1. "Forecast is predicting flamin' hot weather #AgentsofSHIELD," it wrote. Although Ghost Rider was not explicitly mentioned, the word "flamin' hot" as well as the fire and winking-face emojis seemingly conveyed a strong message of Ghost Rider's long-anticipated return.

Ghost Rider was last seen battling his uncle Eli Morrow before the two mysteriously disappeared in the fall finale of "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." season 4. Of Reyes' disappearance, executive producer Jed Wheldon said, "He is trapped in another place which usually means that he's not dead."
"Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." stars Clark Gregg as Agent Phil Coulson, Ming-Na Wen as Agent Melinda May, Chloe Bennet as Daisy Johnson, Iain De Caestecker as Agent Leo Fitz, Elizabeth Henstridge as Agent Jemma Simmons, Henry Simmons as Agent Alphonso "Mack" MacKenzie and John Hannah as Holden Radcliffe. The series airs on Tuesdays at 10 P.M. on ABC.
