AceShowbiz - The end game has just begun on "Pretty Little Liars". After nine month hiatus, the show returned on Tuesday, April 18, picking up in the aftermath of Spencer being shot by Jenna in the midseason finale. [SPOILER ALERT!] Spencer has waken up and met Toby who was still waiting his fiancee to emerge from a medically induced coma.
Spencer earned a "reward" for visiting a "sick friend" in the hospital. She got a letter that Mary wrote to Spencer before she gave birth to her at Radley, confirming her birth story. Spencer later had a heated exchange with Veronica, during which it was revealed who Spencer's birth father was.
Mary posed as Jessica DiLaurentis and carried on her sister's affair with Peter Hastings. When Mary became pregnant, Jessica came clean to Veronica and gave her the option of adopting the baby and raising it as her own.
Also in the episode, A.D. sent a board game to Spencer's barn, which will be their final game. Meanwhile, Ali still wasn't sure how she felt about Emily. Aria has begun planning her wedding and bumped into Holden, who's now working for his sister's bridal business. Caleb urged Hanna to focus on her true passion, fashion, while he's going to take care of Jenna.
Thus, as seen in a preview for the next episode, Caleb will confront Jenna, asking her intention to return to Rosewood. Instead of giving him an answer, she tells Caleb to "back off." The girls label her "a vindictive blind girl," "a bully" and "a sociopath," and Spencer doesn't trust Jenna when she claims that Noel wanted to kill her, too.
"These Boots Are Made for Stalking" airs Tuesday, April 25 at 8/7c on Freeform. Emily butts heads with teenager Addison, who appears to be a new version of high school Ali, and who may be connected to a familiar foe. Spencer confronts her mother about keeping family secrets. Aria confides in Holden about her relationship with Ezra, while Spencer turns to Detective Furey for help. And Jenna stirs up even more trouble when she returns to Rosewood with some insight into Noel Kahn and recent events.
