The clip, which teases one of the upcoming movie's scenes, features Beast knocking at Belle's door while she is trying to escape.

AceShowbiz - Apparently Belle is not in the least interested in having dinner with Beast. Disney has just released new "Beauty and the Beast (2017)" clip titled "Dinner Invitation", which features one of the scenes from the upcoming live-action movie. The 30-second clip shows a scene in which Beast (Dan Stevens) invites Belle (Emma Watson) to join him to dinner, which apparently won't be as nice as expected.

The clip opens with Beast knocking at Belle's room's door in the castle. "You join me to dinner. That's not a request," says Beast. His enchanted staff is around him, asking him to be nice. "The poor thing is probably in there scared to death," says Lumiere the Candelabra (voiced by Ewan McGregor). But Belle seemingly isn't scared to death, for she is preparing to escape from her windows by using braided curtains. "Just a minute," she replies.

Lumiere later gives Beast an advice, asking Beast to smile should Belle open the door. Beast tries to smile in front of his staff, but the effect is not as sweet as expected.

"Beauty and the Beast" live-action movie is directed by Bill Condon. It follows the fantastic journey of Belle, a bright, beautiful and independent young woman who is taken prisoner by a beast in his castle. Despite her fears, she befriends the castle's enchanted staff and learns to look beyond the Beast's hideous exterior and realize the kind heart and soul of the true Prince within.

Other cast members of the musical film include Luke Evans as Gaston, Kevin Kline as Maurice, Josh Gad as Le Fou, Stanley Tucci as Cadenza, Ian McKellen as Cogsworth and Emma Thompson as Mrs. Potts. The movie is set to hit U.S. theaters on March 17.
