Paris Jackson is set to guest star as a social media guru on the music drama created by Lee Daniels.

AceShowbiz - Paris Jackson is following her father's footsteps by stepping her foot in show business. The 18-year-old daughter of Michael Jackson has landed her first acting role. She is set to guest star on Lee Daniels' music drama "Star".

Paris will play Rachel Wells, a "young super-chic, stylish and intimidating social media guru who oversees a publicity shoot of the girl group and deliberately goads Eva (Sharlene Taule) and Star (Jude Demorest) into pushing some boundaries," according to the official casting announcement.

Her episode will air later this season. Other guest stars in the first season of the FOX series include Lenny Kravitz, Tyrese Gibson, Naomi Campbell, Big Boi, Gladys Knight and Tameka Cottle.

Lee hinted at Paris' casting two weeks ago when he posted a photo with the teen girl. "#whenpariscomestoyou [heart emoji] ...talking talking talking," he captioned it.

Paris made her modeling debut earlier this month by joining a photo shoot for Chanel in Paris, France. She gave 1980s vibes with her makeup and outfits, posing with young guys dressing as soldiers.

Also starring Queen Latifah, "Star" airs Wednesdays at 9 P.M. on FOX.
