The 33-year-old actor, who is nominated for Best Actor for his role in 'Hacksaw Ridge', jokes he's ready for some same-sex smooches if he's 'attracted' to the person sitting next to him.

AceShowbiz - Andrew Garfield says he's ready for some smooches with fellow male nominees at the 2017 Oscars. The 33-year-old actor, who is nominated for Best Actor for his role in Mel Gibson's "Hacksaw Ridge", revealed in an interview that there would be some-sex kissing at the upcoming prestigious event if he's "attracted" to the person sitting next to him.

Garfield, who locked lips with Ryan Reynolds at the Golden Globes and later with Stephen Colbert, told E! News, "It depends on who they sit me next to." He laughed, before saying, "If they're smart they'll sit me next to someone that I'm attracted to." Asked who might that be, he laughed again and said, "In that room, I don't think there are many misses."

The ex-boyfriend of Emma Stone also told the publication about whom he would be bringing to the big award show. "I think I'm going to bring my dad out," the Desmond Doss depicter said. "I think it's something he'd love to share with me. It's a big deal for him and he's the one who made me fall in love with movies when I was a kid."

Vying for Best Actor in Leading Role at the 2017 Academy Awards, Garfield will compete against the likes of Casey Affleck ("Manchester by the Sea"), Ryan Gosling ("La La Land"), Denzel Washington ("Fences") and Viggo Mortensen ("Captain Fantastic"). The award ceremony, hosted by Jimmy Kimmel for the first time, will air live on ABC on February 26.
