The runner-up of 'AGT' season 5 is expected to belt out 'The Star-Spangled Banner' at the White House event in January.

AceShowbiz - The first performer at Donald Trump's upcoming Presidential inauguration has been announced. 16-year-old Jackie Evancho is confirmed to take the stage at the White House when the President-elect takes the Oath of Office on January 20.

The singer is going to perform National Anthem "The Star-Spangled Banner". She gushed during a visit to "Today" show, "I am so excited. It's going to be awesome." She added, "I felt really honored to be able to sing for the office. It's a great honor for me."

Jackie Evancho rose to stardom after finishing second in the fifth season of "America's Got Talent" in 2010. Only 10 years old back then, she was later invited to perform at the National Christmas Tree lighting in front of President Barack Obama.
