AceShowbiz - "Manchester by the Sea" grabs the most nominations at the upcoming 23rd annual Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards. The drama movie starring Casey Affleck and Michelle Williams collects four nods including Outstanding Cast. To win the coveted prize, it has to beat "Captain Fantastic", "Fences", "Hidden Figures" and "Moonlight".
Affleck is up for Best Actor, pitted against Andrew Garfield ("Hacksaw Ridge"), Ryan Gosling ("La La Land"), Viggo Mortensen ("Captain Fantastic") and Denzel Washington ("Fences"). Meanwhile, Williams is nominated for Best Supporting Actress against Viola Davis ("Fences"), Naomie Harris ("Moonlight"), Nicole Kidman ("Lion") and Octavia Spencer ("Hidden Figures").
Honoring the best achievements in film and television performances for the year 2016, the SAG awards will celebrate the winners on January 29. Lily Tomlin is chosen as the recipient of Lifetime Achievement Award.
