The 'Rack City' rapper received an unwanted gift on his birthday after an unknown process server served him with a brand new lawsuit.

AceShowbiz - Tyga's birthday was full of surprises. After his girlfriend Kylie Jenner gave him 60-carat diamond bracelet as birthday gift, the rapper now has to face a brand new lawsuit.
According to TMZ, an unknown man suddenly appeared and handed over legal papers to Tyga when he was making his way into Penthouse nightclub in West Hollywood on Friday, November 18. The process server was unceremoniously and forcibly removed.
It is still unclear why Tyga has been served, but he has had many lawsuits over the last year. In September, it was reported that Tyga's mother was at risk of getting her Range Rover repossessed after the rapper failed to keep up the monthly repayments.
Previously, the rapper had his Ferrari repossessed after he allegedly fell behind on the payments. He was also recently slapped with a $200,000 lawsuit filed by jeweller Jason of Beverly Hills due to an allegedly unpaid purchase of a watch and chain in 2013, and has been involved in legal battles with his former landlords.
Despite his financial issues, T-Raww gifted his girlfriend a 2017 Mercedes Maybach with an estimated $191,300 price tag for her 19th birthday earlier this year.
