Animator Marius Franc interpreted Niall's 'This Town' lyrics with over 1,800 hand-drawn illustrations in the stop motion lyric video.

AceShowbiz - Niall Horan debuts a lyric video in support of his debut solo single "This Town". Directed by Marius Franc and produced by Sky Shield, the video is made up of over 1,800 hand-drawn illustrations which were created over two weeks.
The lyric video, which was dropped on Wednesday, November 23, depicts the love story that Niall sings about in the lyrics of the song. Starting out with a scene of opened book with Niall's name written on it, the lyric video goes on with a scene that depicts two people nearly kissing and a couple walking under the same umbrella.
The sketch book-like video, however, barely includes any lyrics from the song. There are only some scenes in the video that show the lyrics. By the end of the lyric video, Franc includes personal touches like Niall's love for golf and his hometown of Mullingar, Ireland.
The 23-year-old singer/songwriter told E! News that he's ready for a full-length album. "I'm in the middle of recording it. It's a longer process than recording everything from scratch. All the music is live," he said. "I've recorded half of it; I'm thinking like 11-12 song album. I recorded about half of that. I'm still kind of in the writing, recording process. It should be coming soon, I guess."
