AceShowbiz - Bon Jovi is back with his thirteenth studio album "This House Is Not for Sale". It is the band's first album without former lead guitarist Richie Sambora and also the first to feature new official members Phil X and Hugh McDonald.

"This House Is Not for Sale", which was released on November 4 by Island Records, features 12 songs including a title track, "Living with the Ghost", "Knockout", "Labor of Love", "Born Again Tomorrow", "Roller Coaster", "New Year's Day" and "Come On Up to Our House".

A music video for "This House Is Not for Sale", directed by Indrani Pal-Chaudhuri, was debuted on August 12. The song has peaked at No. 10 on Billboard's Adult Contemporary chart and No. 25 on the Hot Rock Songs chart.

Jon Bon Jovi said the song "is about integrity and what we were going through these last three years. We've become even closer and, as the song says, 'this heart, this soul, this house is not for sale.' "

A music video for "Knockout" was released on October 21.

"Labor of Love" video, meanwhile, debuted on the same day as the album release.

Bon Jovi recently filmed a music video for "New Year's Day" at Camden High School in New Jersey. Production company Dreambear LLC reserved the school's gymnasium, as well as six classrooms and five security guards for an October 21 shoot.

To promote their new album, Bon Jovi will embark on "This House Is Not for Sale Tour" in 2017. The tour will kick off on February 8, 2017 at Greenville's Bon Secours Wellness Arena before moving on to other cities in the U.S. until March 2017.
