AceShowbiz - Toni Braxton is getting ready to perform at the Arie Crown Theater in Chicago on Sunday night, October 16 after she was released from a Cleveland hospital earlier in the day. The "Un-Break My Heart" hitmaker was forced to postpone her show in Cleveland on Saturday as she was hospitalized due to complications with her Lupus.

Toni thanked fans for their support and shared a photo of her after she was out of hospital. I can not wait to see you all TONIGHT at the Arie Crown Theater!! #TheHitsTour."

Toni arrived in Chicago on Sunday afternoon. She promised her fans that tonight's show "will be a special one."

On Saturday, Toni's rep announced on Instagram and Twitter, "Toni Braxton was hospitalized this afternoon in Cleveland due to complications with her Lupus. Unfortunately her show tonight in Cleveland will need to be postponed. Lupus needs to be constantly monitored and this minor setback should not affect the rest of her tour. Tickets for tonight's show will be honored at the re-scheduled date that will be announced shortly."

On Friday, Toni's beau Birdman made a surprise appearance during her concert in Kansas City.
