Red Hot Chili Peppers Maps Out North American Dates for 'The Getaway World Tour'

The band will embark on a 24-date North American tour in support of their eleventh studio album 'The Getaway', starting on January 5, 2017 in San Antonio, Texas.

AceShowbiz - Red Hot Chili Peppers announces North American dates for "The Getaway World Tour" in 2017. The veteran rock band will have 24 shows in the U.S. in support of their eleventh studio album "The Getaway".

The North American leg will kick off on January 5, 2017 at AT&T Center in San Antonio, Texas and circle the U.S. and Canada before wrapping on March 18, 2017 at Vancouver's Pepsi Live at Rogers Arena. Trombone Shorty and Orleans Avenue serve as opening act for the entirety of the leg, while RHCP's former drummer Jack Irons will join the tour for the January dates.

RHCP promises "many more dates will be added."

Pre-sale tickets are available on Wednesday, September 21, except Los Angeles which begins on Tuesday. General sale starts on Friday, September 23. Every ticket purchased will be accompanied with either a digital or physical copy of "The Getaway".
