Watch Justin Timberlake Rescue 'Trolls' Through Music in Emotional New Trailer

The almost-3-minute video features Justin Timberlake and Anna Kendrick, who voice Branch and Poppy respectively, talking about why music is pivotal to the storyline.

AceShowbiz - DreamWorks Animation and 20th Century Fox have released an emotional "Trolls" trailer for fans' viewing pleasure. While the first trailer highlights the happy adventures of the troll dolls, the new video shows Poppy and Branch setting off on a journey to save their friends from troll-eating creatures known as the Bergens.

The almost-3-minute video also features %cJustin Timberlake% and %cAnna Kendrick%, who voice Branch and Poppy respectively, talking about why music is pivotal to the storyline. "The Bergens gather the trolls that they've caught," Justin says. "And it's the music that rescues them." Anna adds, "I think music adds so much to animation. I just think they belong together."

From the creators of "Shrek", the kiddie-friendly animation is based on the troll dolls created in the late 1950s by a Danish woodcutter named Thomas Dam, who didn't have enough money to buy a Christmas present for his daughter.

"Trolls" is coming to U.S. theaters this year on November 4. %cGwen Stefani%, %cZooey Deschanel%, %cJames Corden% and %cRussell Brand% lend their voices to DJ Suki, Bridget, Biggie and Creek respectively.
