AceShowbiz - Justin Timberlake has responded to Britney Spears saying she wanted to do a duet with him. The NSYNC star says he's down to reuniting with his ex-girlfriend in studio. "She did? Sure! Absolutely, absolutely," he says at the Toronto International Film Festival.
"I have a 17 month old so I don't get the headline news," the father of one tells E! News during the premiere of his Netflix concert film "Justin Timberlake and the Tennessee Kids". He adds, "I apologize for not being in the know ... I'm accessible, give us a call!"
Justin and Britney, who dated back when he was still a boybander, were close to doing a song together in the past, but she squashed it. She became "big-headed and [was] like, 'Screw you, screw you, I don't need nobody,' " Timbaland told MTV News back in 2007.
"She should humble herself and make a phone call and say, 'I'm sorry.' She knows what she's sorry about," the rapper/producer continued back then. "She needs to say, 'I was wrong,' and it'll definitely move forward. ... That's all she has to say."
