The 'War Dogs' actor suffers from respiratory issues for taking too much fake drug during the filming of Martin Scorsese's 2013 film.

AceShowbiz - Jonah Hill talked about his experience of filming Martin Scorsese's 2013 film "The Wolf of Wall Street". He revealed that he was "overdosed" on fake cocaine and got so sick that he had to be taken to hospital for precaution.

"I had to be hospitalized," he said when dropping by "Any Given Wednesday with Bill Simmons." "If you ingest that much matter into your lungs you'll get very sick, and we were literally doing fake coke for, like, seven months, every day."

The fake coke was actually vitamin powder. According to Hill, he developed bronchitis for three weeks after snorting too much drug fake. "I never had more vitamin D in my entire life; I could have lifted a car over my f**king head," the actor joked.

In his new movie "War Dogs", he also played a party animal and relied on Red Bull and coffee to give a convincing performance for the camera. "It's interesting pretending to be on drugs," he said. "I'll use music. I'll make a playlist for every scene, so I'll try to make, like, music that [makes me feel] jittery and chaotic ... and then just drink a ton of coffee and Red Bull."
