The notorious Chanel and her two sidekicks are back with their attitude in the hospital-set sophomore season of the FOX show.

AceShowbiz - "Scream Queens" offers a sneak peek at the upcoming sophomore set in a promo video. It shows Emma Roberts, Billie Lourd and Abigail Breslin fiercely strutting down the hallway in what seems to be a hospital. "We're back, idiot hookers," the tagline reads.
The trio wear cute little nurse's caps, but they look nothing like typical healthcare assistants. Instead of wearing traditional white boring uniforms, they dress to the nines and rock chic pink outfits. "They're putting the 'mad diva' in MD," so it seems.
The show will return on September 20 on FOX. Roberts is back as Chanel, Lourd as Chanel No. 3 and Breslin as Chanel No. 5. Other returning cast include Lea Michele, Jamie Lee Curtis, Niecy Nash, Glen Powell and Keke Palmer. Set in hospital, season 2 also adds John Stamos, Taylor Lautner and Jerry O'Connell.
