Serena Williams bags her 22nd Grand Slam title after serving up revenge against German tennis player Angelique Kerber.

AceShowbiz - Serena Williams took home the Wimbledon during the 2016 Women's Finals at All England Lawn Tennis & Corquet Club on Saturday, July 9. She won against Angelique Kerber who shockingly beat her at the 2016 Australian Open in January.
It becomes Williams' 22nd Grand Slam title, tying her with Steffi Graf. Williams bagged her latest title after winning two sets against Kerber. The American athlete won 7-5 in the first set and then wrapped it up with 6-3 in the second round.
Celebrities congratulated her on Twitter. Kerry Washington applauded her, "#Serena [clapping-hand emoji] I bow down. And am simultaneously uplifted." Gabrielle Union gushed, "Yesssssssss! @serenawilliams SO PROUD!!!!"
