AceShowbiz - Louis Tomlinson wants to make sure he gets to spend as much time with his baby son Freddie Reign as possible. According to a scoop from TMZ, the One Direction member has officially filed for a 50/50 physical and legal custody of the baby boy.
Freddie is Tomlinson's child with his ex, Los Angeles-based stylist Briana Jungwirth. The former lovers have been in custody war since the baby was born in January. They had reached a temporary agreement regarding his access to the baby, but his time with the 5-month-old infant has reportedly been "inconsistent" in recent weeks.
Louis Tomlinson has embraced fatherhood on social media, posting pictures with his child. He wrote on Instagram a week ago, "Happy Father's Day to every lucky lad out there who's someone's daddy! Thoroughly enjoyed my first. Love you Freddie son X."
The 24-year-old boybander also adjusted to diaper duty quite well. "Have I changed a nappy? I'd actually probably changed about a hundred nappies before Freddie because I used to help out with my sister so I have changed his nappy, thank you!" he said in an interview with Capital FM.
