A source claims to have seen some photos of a massive Jedi battle on the Ireland set of the sequel to 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens'.

AceShowbiz - A new leaked scene description reveals an epic Jedi battle in upcoming "Star Wars Episode VIII". MakingStarWars.net claims to have seen some photos of the massive battle on the set of the sequel to "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" in Ireland.

According to Jason Ward, there were seven men wearing all black with helmets, resembling medieval knights with weapons on the shoreline of Malin Head. Jason says, "The characters are not wearing the black covers to hide their costumes like they did back at Dubrovnik. These are actual black costumes. It is my opinion and the source's opinion that these are the Knights of Ren. Kylo Ren could always have another gang of warriors in black but I think it's likely they're the guys we saw in 'The Force Awakens'."

The photos reportedly also showed "black helmeted medieval-looking figures" going after Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) and Rey (Daisy Ridley) on the coast of Ahch-To.

According to a source, Luke and Rey are on Ahch-To just before nightfall as the sun sets and it starts to rain. Kylo and the Knights of Ren chase Luke and Rey. The Knights of Ren go for Luke while Kylo and Rey "end up fighting along the cliff face overlooking the nighttime water."

"The first black knight has an axe and moves towards the Luke but is Force pushed away to his death after being thrown through the air. After Luke dispatches the first Knight he ignites his green lightsaber [and] moves through each Knight one-by-one," the scene description allegedly reads.

"Rey and Kylo's battle moves up to the side of a cliff. Suddenly Rey is nowhere to be seen," the description continues, "She's taken out of the battle; she's either wounded or appears to go over the side of the cliff. Luke Skywalker casually walks towards Kylo to finish him but Kylo retreats when he sees his crew defeated."

The source reveals that "a lot of wire work was used."

"Star Wars Episode VIII" is set to be released in the U.S. on December 15, 2017.
