AceShowbiz - A crossover movie that will chronicle the origin stories of the boy who never aged and the girl who went down the rabbit hole is in the works. Paramount announced the "Peter Pan"-"Alice in Wonderland" prequel called "Come Away".

Brenda Chapman, who helmed the Academy Award-winning animated film "Brave", is attached to sit behind the lens for the project, marking her live-action directing debut. It will tell the story of Alice and Peter as a brother and sister who had to deal with their older brother perishing in an accident and their parents' despair over the tragedy that leads them ultimately to journey to Wonderland for Alice and Neverland for Peter.

Paramount production president Michelle Manning, Leesa Kahn and Andrea Keir will serve as producers. "Brenda is a true visionary and her previous experience in perfectly creating imaginary worlds with such precise detail is exactly what is needed to bring to life Marissa's enchanting script, which explores the universal theme of the importance of family," they say in a statement.
