Following announcement of his departure from 'Live! with Kelly and Michael', Michael Strahan and his co-host Kelly Ripa won the Outstanding Entertainment Talk Show Host Award.

AceShowbiz - Following Saturday's Daytime Creative Arts Emmy Awards, the winners in the main categories of the 43rd Annual Daytime Emmy Awards were unveiled on Sunday, April 26. "General Hospital" won that night's the top prize, taking home the Outstanding Drama Series.

The ABC show also left with multiple other awards including Outstanding Lead Actor for Tyler Christopher, Outstanding Supporting Actor for Shawn Blakemore and Outstanding Younger Actor for Bryan Craig. It also claimed the Outstanding Drama Series Directing Team trophy.

Amid drama surrounding his departure from "Live! with Kelly and Michael", Michael Strahan nabbed the Outstanding Entertainment Talk Show Host prize. He would be sharing the award with his co-host Kelly Ripa. None of the two hosts was there when they're announced as the winners, so Dr. Oz accepted the trophy on their behalf. "Will accept on their behalf - and Kelly and Michael will share it!" he quipped.
