The first full trailer for Edward Snowden biopic gives a glimpse at how the whistleblower stole secret data and fled America.

AceShowbiz - The true-story movie about Edward Snowden, the former NSA worker who fled America and now becomes the country's most wanted man, has unleashed its first trailer. Joseph Gordon-Levitt stars as Snowden and Shailene Woodley plays his girlfriend.
"Most Americans don't want freedom. They want security," says Rhys Ifans' character says. "There's something going on in the government that's really wrong, and I can't ignore it," Gordon-Levitt's Snowden says as he is seen stealing data and hiding it in Rubik's Cube. "If I don't do it then I don't know anybody else can."
"Snowden" follows a whistleblower who reveals that National Security Agency uses new technology to spy on the entire planet. Supported by Nicolas Cage, Melissa Leo and Zachary Quinto, the drama thriller is scheduled to make its way out in the U.S. on September 16.
