The singer posts on Instagram a 30-second clip featuring a portion of the song and some BTS footage taken while she's preparing her performance on 'The Voice UK'.

AceShowbiz - Meghan Trainor has another new song coming out to precede her upcoming album, "Thank You". The singer plans to release "Better", a collaboration with Yo Gotti, later this week and she has treated her fans to a portion of the song in an Instagram post.

According to the 30-second snippet, the slow-tempo track won't sound like ones she's dropped in the past few months. "And I deserve better/ better than you," she repeatedly sings while the screen shows some behind-the-scenes footage of her preparing herself for a performance on "The Voice UK".

"Better" is set for release on Friday, April 22. Its parent album, meanwhile, is due out on May 13. In addition to Yo Gotti, Trainor's second studio album will feature appearances from LunchMoney Lewis who joins her on the recently-dropped "I Love Me", Rock City who sings on the title track "Thank You" and the 22-year-old songbird's mother Kelli Trainor who appears on a song aptly titled "Mom".

The follow-up to last year's "Title" is led by the hit "No" that has so far peaked at No. 3 on Billboard Hot 100.
