The 'Room' actress is billed to host 'Saturday Night Live' for the very first time with Alicia Keys as a musical guest.

AceShowbiz - Brie Larson and Alicia Keys are tapped to kick off May on "Saturday Night Live". Fresh off her Best Actress win at the Oscars, the "Room" star is booked to host the show on the first weekend, May 7, with Keys as a musical guest.

It marks Keys' third time on the NBC sketch show but Larson's first time as a host. "Way too excited about this to play it cool. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! I'm hosting #SNL," so the 26-year-old actress/singer excitedly broke the news to her online followers on Twitter.

The most recent episode of "SNL" was hosted by one of its alums, Julia Louis-Dreyfus. Nick Jonas served as a solo musical guest on the show for the first time. He was joined by Tove Lo on one of his songs. "SNL" is expected to wrap season 41 on May 21.
