The 'Rich Girl' hitmaker asked her sons to attend the Saturday awards show to support her new beau because she was in Japan and couldn't make it to the event.

AceShowbiz - Gwen Stefani's sons attended the 2016 Kids' Choice Awards in Los Angeles on Saturday, March 12. The "Hollaback Girl" singer sent her loved ones to support her new boyfriend Blake Shelton, who hosted the show, because she couldn't attend the event.

Gwen then uploaded a photo of her son Zuma with two of his friends at the Saturday awards show. The 7-year-old boy wore a blue T-shirt under a denim vest, black pants and a pair of cowboy boots complete with blue glasses.

A female fan told the 46-year-old singer that she spotted Gwen's youngest son Apollo at the event. "omg i saw your baby son Apollo!!!!" the fan tweeted. A moment later, Gwen responded to the fan's tweet, saying that she was FaceTiming with her son when the fan saw Apollo. "ha!!!! That's me on FaceTime from Japan!! Wow that is funny! Gx," Gwen wrote.

Previously, Gwen had a little meltdown on Twitter because she couldn't watch her new beau at KCAs. She was in Tokyo and she was apparently having some troubles livestreaming the show. "Trying to stream @AllThingsKCAs in Japan ????!!! Gx," she wrote, adding a lot of emojis. "Where r my Japanese fans? Help me stream @AllThingsKCAs gx," Gwen tweeted.

Back on Friday, March 11, Blake opened up about what he really felt about his lady. In a promo clip for the Kids' Choice Awards, the country singer hinted that he really liked Gwen. In the video, Blake was seen standing in front of the artist canvas wall at the Forum which displayed a lot of autographed posters of celebrities who have performed at the big event.

Blake then pointed to a canvas of No Doubt on the wall. "I like those ... those guys a lot. One of 'em a lot," he gushed, referring to the band's frontwoman, who is none other than his princess Gwen.
