The black-and-white clip co-directed by Lewis and Jason Koenig finds Macklemore walking through an abandoned building while complaining about America's prescription drug abuse.

AceShowbiz - Just days before releasing their new album, "This Unruly Mess I've Made", Macklemore & Ryan Lewis unveiled the official music video for one of its cuts. The rap duo dropped on Wednesday, February 24 the black-and-white visuals for the Leon Bridges-assisted "Kevin".

Co-directed by Lewis and Jason Koenig, the clip is pretty simple as it mostly sees Macklemore spitting his lines while walking alone around an abandoned building. However, it certainly is a perfect companion to the impassioned song about addiction and America's prescription drug abuse.

"Kevin" was first debuted live during the American Music Awards back in November. It's a song written by Macklemore as a tribute to his friend Kevin, who overdosed on prescription medication in 2010.

"This Unruly Mess I've Made", a follow-up to Macklemore & Ryan Lewis' Grammy-winning debut LP "The Heist", is due out on February 26. It has also spawned "Downtown" which reached No. 12 on Billboard 200, "Growing Up (Sloane's Song)" that's penned by Ed Sheeran and the controversial "White Privilege II".
