AceShowbiz - Some costumes from "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" are put on display at the Nuremberg Toy Fair, Germany. The four outfits displayed at the exhibition are worn by characters played by Felicity Jones, Diego Luna, Donnie Yen and Jiang Wen.

As earlier reported, "Rogue One" takes place between "Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith" and "Episode IV". The costumes being displayed appear to be very different from the costumes worn by characters from the original trilogy.

Felicity who is reportedly the main role in "Rogue One" gets the costume as displayed below. It features a low-slung blaster, a jaunty scarf and double leather jackets. Meanwhile, Donnie's costume which stands by Felicity's looks more like a samurai costume as it shows black robe and a blade on the back.

A source speculates that Felicity's character is named Lyra Erso, a female individual living during the time of the Battle of Yavin.

The outfit worn by Diego, meanwhile, shows that he will apparently battle in a cold area, suggested by fur on the jacket and gloves. The costume is, however, slightly similar to the one donned by Han Solo in ice planet Hoth. Diego is rumored to play Luke Skywalker's friend Biggs Darklighter.

Jiang's costume, on the other hand, looks cool with what appears to be a weapon placed on the midriff part. Looking tough in a soldier-like apparel, the character also holds a large firearm. As the plot of "Rogue One" centers on a group of rebels stealing the plans for the original Death Star, Jiang's character is rumored to be a part of the rebel group.

Directed by Gareth Edwards, "Rogue One" is said to be more like a war film involving the heist of the plans for the Death Star. The "Star Wars" standalone film is scheduled to arrive in North America on December 16.
