AceShowbiz - Four former ABBA members reunited for first time in eight years for the opening of a new restaurant in Stockholm, Mamma Mia! The Party, on Wednesday, January 20. In a photo posted on the group's official Facebook, Agnetha Faltskog, Anni‑Frid Lyngstad, Bjorn Ulvaeus and Benny Andersson were standing beside one another in one stage.
The photo was captioned, "Mamma Mia The Party! At Tyrol and all 4 members of ABBA gathered again! Amazing night!!!!" Bjorn told reporters, "We are here to party." The foursome reportedly arrived and left separately. They also allegedly refused to be photographed together on the red carpet.

The restaurant shared another group photo of ABBA on Instagram.
Agnetha, Frida, Bjorn and Benny were last photographed together in 2008 when they walked the red carpet at the film premiere of "Mamma Mia!" starring Meryl Streep, based on the musical of the same name.
The band, who were split in 1982 and last performed together in 1986, were initially reluctant for a musical to be based on their greatest hits including "Mamma Mia!", "Dancing Queen", "Take a Chance on Me", "Money Money Money", "Knowing Me Knowing You" and "The Winner Takes It All". But the musical later became successful, spawned a worldwide tour and ran on Broadway for 14 years. It was one of the longest-running productions ever on Broadway.
