Danielle Ceasar had been sending Austin declaration of love on Twitter for years and she finally nailed the 'Fosters' star as boyfriend.

AceShowbiz - Former Disney Channel star Jake T. Austin shared a snap of him kissing a girl who was his stalker for six years. The identity of his mystery girl was revealed as Danielle Ceasar, a 22-year-old New York fan who had been tweeting him for years.
British tabloid The Sun managed to trace it back to December 2009 when Ceasar tweeted, "I wanna meet @JakeTAustin so badly." For the next two years, she went unnoticed by the actor until they met at an autograph signing in Planet Hollywood, New York in 2011. She posted a photo of their meeting on Twitter, tagged him and wrote, "Your smile is so cute @JakeTAustin." He then followed her back.
She continued bombarding him with affectionate tweets such as "Is it bad that I wanna kiss you right now? ughh you're so freaking hot" and "Me & @JakeTAustin are getting married. Shhh =x he just doesn't know it yet ;) yes I know I'm a freak :D." It's unclear when they started dating but the December 28, 2015 snap was the first proof of their relationship.
"I'm crazy for her," Austin captioned a photo of them snuggling and shared it to his 1.3 million followers. Ceasar also posted the same picture and wrote, "Every love story is beautiful, but ours is my favourite." She had made her Twitter and Instagram account private since.
"We're young and having fun just getting to know each other," the actor told PEOPLE about Ceasar. "It doesn't matter how you meet someone - on set, in a coffee shop, at school or in the business. Sometimes you connect with people at the right moment and you just click."
