The former Disney star recorded a poppy cover of the band's classic for a promo of the second season of her TV Land series, 'Younger'.

AceShowbiz - Hilary Duff is taking you to the dancefloor with her cover of Fleetwood Mac's classic "Little Lies". On Wednesday, December 16, she gave fans the first listen to the 1987 hit's upbeat, poppy version through a promo for the second season of her series "Younger".

With Duff's signature breathy vocals over the strobing, synth heavy beat, the track produced by Alex and Adam Anders is far more danceable than the original. In the promo video the song came along with, the shots of the former Disney darling recording the tune in the studio appear in between some scenes from her TV Land show.

In a behind-the-scenes clip, Duff called Fleetwood Mac "one of [her] favorite bands of all time" and discussed her "Little Lies" cover. "TV Land called me. And it's like when the boss is calling you, and you're like, 'What did I do now?' " she recalled. "They were like, 'We want you to cover a song for the promos for the second season.' And I'm like, 'Oh my God. Yes, of course, I would love to.' "

"Younger" returns for its second season on Wednesday, January 13 at 10 P.M. ET.
