Without naming Badu, the Aussie raptress says in a tweet, 'We are days from 2016, but i came online today and saw its still cool to try and discredit my 2014 accomplishments.'

AceShowbiz - Iggy Azalea is unbothered by the harsh comment Erykah Badu made about her during the recent 2015 Soul Train Awards. After taking a one-month break from Twitter, the Aussie raptress resurfaced on the social media on Tuesday, December 1 seemingly to respond to the 44-year-old diva's diss and share an update on her delayed second album.

As previously reported, Badu threw major shade at Azalea's rapping skills when she was hosting the Soul Train Awards, which was taped in early November and aired last weekend. At that time, the veteran singer pretended to be talking to the "Fancy" femcee on the phone, telling her she could come to the soul/R&B event because "what you doin' is definitely not rap."

Without explicitly mentioning Badu in her tweet, Azalea wrote, "We are days from 2016, but i came online today and saw its still cool to try and discredit my 2014 accomplishments. LOL, f**king hell." She added in another post, "Seems exhausting."

Azalea then shared the latest info about her sophomore effort, saying it's already very close to being done. "I dont really know what im doing with my music release; but im finished (except for getting the features recorded)," she wrote.

"Right now i live in america and am very close to the Def Jam team; but im actually signed out of the UK. Things are complicated," she continued. "Im ready with my music but i am also trying to restructure some things to work smoother and better for me. So we are all kind of still just figuring out how things should work and id guess thats going to take a few weeks."

The album will come as a follow-up to her 2014 debut "The New Classic" and its re-issue "Reclassified". First expected to be released earlier this year, it is now scheduled for sometime in 2016.
