AceShowbiz - Black Friday seems to be a good moment to reunite with ex. Hilary Duff and ex-husband Mike Comrie reunited to have some quality time with their son on Friday, November 27.
The "Lizzie McGuire" alum and the hockey player went out for shopping with their 3-year-old son, Luca, at The Grove in Los Angeles. It proves that although their marriage has ended, they still maintain a good relationship. This marked Hilary's first Thanksgiving since she filed for divorce from Mike back in February.
The 28-year-old actress recently took to Instagram to express her gratitude for Luca and shared a photo of him. In the silhouette picture, Luca is seen reaching out toward his mother. Hilary captured the photo in a meadow when the sun was about to set. "#thankful everyday," she captioned the photo. According to the caption she wrote, Hilary appears to adjust well to life as a single mother since splitting from Mike after more than three years of marriage.
"I don't want to sound bitter because I'm definitely not," she told Cosmopolitan magazine back in April. "But I don't know if people are meant to be together forever. Things happen over a long relationship that you can't always fight. I just always want to fight for happiness."
