Khloe's lawyer successfully asked a Los Angeles judge to dismiss the couple's divorce filing in court on Wednesday morning, October 21.

AceShowbiz - Estranged couple, Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom, has called off their divorce. The pair tied the knot on national TV in September 2009. The marriage fell apart after the former basketball player's cheating scandal and drug relapse, which resulted in the reality star filing for divorce in 2013.
Khloe, 31, and Lamar, 35, signed divorce papers in July. However, the two are still legally married since their divorce papers have not yet been signed by the judge. And now that the athlete is on his way to recovery as a result of his emergency situation last week, the two apparently wanted to give their marriage another chance.
TMZ reported that Khloe's lawyer Laura Wasser went before a judge Wednesday morning, October 21, asking a judge to withdraw the papers they both signed to end their marriage. The request was granted by a Los Angeles judge.
While neither Khloe nor Lamar has spoken to the press about the dismissal of their divorce, a source has told PEOPLE, "This is a very delicate and difficult time for both Lamar and Khloe, and the most sensible thing to do at such a time is not make any big moves and put everything on hold." The source then added, "So that's what she is doing."
