More than a month after the 'Transformers' actress filed divorce papers, Brian has finally made a response and he asked for spousal support and joint custody of their children.

AceShowbiz - Brian Austin Green finally responded to Megan Fox's divorce filing on Tuesday, September 29. According to court documents obtained by E! News, Brian asked his soon-to-be ex-wife for spousal support.

Similar to Megan's divorce filing, the "Beverly Hills, 90210" alum cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason behind the divorce and asked for joint custody of their two sons. However, a notable difference was that the "Desperate Housewives" actor asked Megan for spousal support.

As previously reported, Brian hasn't worked since he and Megan got into a car accident back in December 2014. While the "Transformers" actress didn't suffer any injury, Brian has since had a serious medical condition called vertigo, which affects his balance. Brian's vertigo is allegedly so bad that he can't get out of bed.

Megan filed divorce papers in the Los Angeles County Superior Court on August 21. She listed the date of their separation as June 15. They reportedly did not sign a prenuptial agreement before tying the knot in 2010. Following the divorce filing, Megan and Brian are now still living in the same house.

Following the divorce filing, Brian was spotted still wearing his wedding band while getting gas at a gas station. Meanwhile, Megan made a comeback to Instagram by posting a black-and-white selfie. "Hi. I'm still here, I just continue to have an angsty relationship with social media. But what better way to express my apprehension than with a selfie. This time in black n white!" she wrote alongside the snap.
