'Ye is expected to perform new tracks off his long-awaited album at a Democratic National Committee event set to be attended by the president in San Francisco on October 10.

AceShowbiz - While preparing himself to run for president in 2020, Kanye West will be appearing at a Democratic National Committee fundraiser in San Francisco next month. He is scheduled to perform at the event which is set to have President Barack Obama on its guests list.

The "afternoon concert" will take place on October 10 at the 2,300 seat venue Warfield in San Francisco. For tickets that will go on sale between $250 to $10,000 each, attendees will be treated to performance of new material from West's highly-anticipated new album "Swish", says NBC.

However, there won't likely be another Kanye West rant as he's reportedly not allowed to do anything else but perform. According to Page Six, the rapper is banned from giving Obama advice and should stick to performance only. A source told the site, "There will be restrictions... Kanye won't be able to lecture the president about how to run the country."

West first announced his plan to run for president when he was receiving an award at the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards a few weeks ago. Recently, he reiterated that his presidential bid wasn't a joke as he chatted with Vanity Fair to promote his latest fashion collection.
