Justin Timberlake Writes Bad Theme Songs for 'Late Night with Seth Meyers'
TV

Seth Meyers rejects all song ideas pitched by the NSYNC member because they were meant for other hosts like Jimmy Fallon and James Corden.

AceShowbiz - Justin Timberlake did a hilarious sketch on "Late Night with Seth Meyers" recently. The singer/actor pitched several theme songs for Seth Meyers' show, but Meyers' initial excitement deflated when it's clear the songs weren't meant for him.

"Despite my many accomplishments, and I've accomplished a lot," Timberlake said before presenting his songs. "The one thing I haven't done, I haven't written a theme song for a late-night talk show. And since... you are my favorite talk show host, I wrote something up for you."

"When you're looking for fun on your TV, just switch it on over to NBC. And catch the show that's down and dirty, on every night at 11:30," Timberlake sang as Meyers frowned since his show was at 12:35. "Hosted by your number one guy, it's J to the I to the M-M-Y."

Timberlake's other songs were no better. One was clearly written for Stephen Colbert and another for James Corden. Meyers, however, seemed to like the last one before the NSYNC star ruined it by dropping an expletive and later revealing that it was meant for PBS' Charlie Rose.
