Drake and Future Confirm Joint Mixtape, Share the Details

Titled 'What a Time to Be Alive', the collaborative effort will be teased at Drake's OVO Sound radio station and fully released via Apple Music.

AceShowbiz - Drake and Future collaboration is really happening and will very soon be introduced. The rappers will release a mixtape titled "What a Time to Be Alive" through iTunes and Apple Music this Sunday, September 20 at 8 P.M. EST.

Their joint project was already hinted several times before when both Drake and Future posted Instagram photos of them working together in the studio. A few weeks ago, Angela Yee of New York hip-hop station Power 105's "The Breakfast Club" also mentioned that the two rappers were working together.

On Saturday, Drake confirmed the album by posting the artwork on Instagram and the mash-up of his OVO Sound logo and Future's Freebandz emblem. He additionally told fans, "Sunday will be madness," during his Friday show at the Music Midtown Festival in Atlanta.

Drake will first debut part of the collaboration at his OVO Sound radio show on Beats 1 at 6 P.M. EST. Although tracklist is yet available, BET reported that there would be 14 tracks in it. It features such musicians as Lil Wayne, Fetty Wap, Rick Ross and A$AP Rocky.

Future posted a snippet of him and Drake working on the studio together. He previously worked with the Canadian rapper on his hit single "Where Ya At?" which appeared in "DS2".
