The most watched Super Bowl half-time show in history was accompanied by hours of behind-the-scene footage.

AceShowbiz - Back in February, Katy Perry might perform only for 12 and � minute at the Super Bowl half time in Glendale, AZ but it was six months in the making. More than 100 hours of material were shot for a behind-the-scene documentary titled "Katy Perry: Making Of The Pepsi Super Bowl Halftime Show".

Mandalay Sports Media and the NFL were behind the filming of the documentary which premiered at La Costa Film Festival on September 11, Deadline reported. John Hirsch directed the film while Mandalay Sports Media's Mike Tollin executive produced. More than 118.5 million viewers tuned in to her performance which included a giant robotic tiger, LED stage floor, Lenny Kravitz and Missy Elliott. It was the most watched halftime show in history.

"The Super Bowl is the biggest audience that I've ever been in front of," Perry said in the docu. "...I may not ever feel the same nerve again" The footage includes Perry pacing up and down toilet room for an alone time, leading her team in prayers and dancing in the rehearsals.

The Super Bowl XLIX Halftime Show show has just won Outstanding Costumes for a Variety Program or a Special at 2015 Creative Arts Emmy Awards. Marina Toybina and Courtney Webster designed Perry's outfits.
