The 62-year-old former model was among a dozen women who accused the comedian of drugging and assault.

AceShowbiz - One woman stepped up and forgave Bill Cosby for what he had done to her in the past. Former model Beverly Johnson made a public message to the disgraced actor when she appeared on "Good Morning America" on Wednesday, September 9.

Johnson was among the women who came forward with the story that Cosby had drugged and assaulted her in the mid 1980s. She met him at an audition for a small role on "The Cosby Show". She was then invited to Cosby's home in NYC to rehearse for a scene and handed a cup of coffee which she believed was infused with drugs.

Johnson did not cite a sexual assault but recalled being dragged down the stairs before she was sent home in a taxi. She revealed the story in a Vanity Fair article published in December 2014. She later openly said "no one has the right to another's body or sexuality."

Speaking of the comedian's act on "GMA", Johnson said, "I just feel that he's a lightning rod for a much bigger conversation and that conversation would be the rape culture in America. However, when asked what she would say to Cosby at that time, the 62-year-old said, "I forgive you."

Despite more than a dozen women accusing him of drugging ans sexual assault, Cosby has not been charged with any crime. His lawyers have denied all the allegations.
