The country songstress took to Instagram on Thursday, September 3, to share heartbreaking photo of herself posing right next to a poignant message on a New York sidewalk.
The 31-year-old singer was seen in the Instagram shot wearing a figure hugging black dress with lace sleeves. The blonde-haired beauty was photographed by a friend laying dramatically next to the words "Protect Yo Heart" with her head turning towards them and her hair falling across her face. "I don't normally lay on the sidewalk in NYC....Words move me....words make me move. #NYC," Lambert captioned the image.
Earlier that day, Lambert shared a more upbeat photo of herself with a female friend. The two were seen smiling to the camera as they had each other's backs. "Thank you @frescobyscotto for an amazing dinner! #foodcoma #girlsnight #NYC," read its caption.
