AceShowbiz - Margaret Cho didn't hold back when commenting on Miley Cyrus' appearance at the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards. In the Monday, August 31 episode of "Fashion Police", the 46-year-old comedian said that the "Wrecking Ball" hitmaker's hair appeared to have bad smell like pot.
"I feel like that hair probably smells like pot and patchouli," Margaret said of Miley's hair. Host Giuliana Rancic looked at the comedian, appearing a bit embarrassed. However, Margaret's harsh comment didn't stop there.
During final segment "What did we learn?", Margaret shared with her fellow panelists the lesson she got that day. "I learned that, if you're Asian and try to be black, it's racist, but if you're black and try to be Asian, it's a compliment. So thank you, Lil' Kim!" she said.
"Fashion Police" has finally come back after months of hiatus. The long hiatus was more or less affected by Giuliana's insensitive comments about Zendaya Coleman's dreadlocks at the Oscars in February. The incident allegedly contributed to the departure of Kathy Griffin and Kelly Osbourne from the show.
In its comeback episode, host Melissa Rivers seemingly threw shade at the leaving panelists Kathy and Kelly who are known for their red and pink hair. The show opened with Melissa cleaning the carpet with a lint roller. She said she's busy cleaning up "old messes" and held up some red and pink hair.
Despite the apparent diss, Kelly showed her support to Melissa. The British singer tweeted, "@MelRivers congratulations on an awesome show tonight!" to which Melissa replied, "@KellyOsbourne I love you!!! The flowers are amazing and you owned the lavender carpet! Xxx #friends #mysister."
