AceShowbiz - Divorce is on the card for Nia Peeples and her pro-surfer and filmmaker husband Sam George. The "Pretty Little Liars" actress filed her divorce papers in the Los Angeles County Courthouse last Tuesday, August 11, just 20 days short of the couple's eighth wedding anniversary.
Peeples cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. She was reported seeking to keep the couple's home, a Malibu, California, mobile home with an ocean view that is valued at $875,000. However, the 53-year-old star denied it, confirming in a tweet responding to a fan's question, "The part about divorce is true. The part about demanding the trailer is not. All is amicable. There is no demanding @Cristy_1971."
