Bradley Cooper Loses His Career in 'Burnt' First Full Trailer

After losing his perfect career as a chef due to drug addiction, Adam Jones (Cooper) tries to redeem himself by setting up a new restaurant in London.

AceShowbiz - It's been a decade since fans saw Bradley Cooper playing a chef on TV series "Kitchen Confidential". Now, he is back to the kitchen, portraying an ambitious chef in upcoming drama "Burnt", which has just released its first official trailer.

Cooper stars as a chef named Adam Jones who manages to reach success at a young age. Dealing with drug addiction and incontrollable behavior, he loses everything he had. "Maybe I just wanted it really badly, and when I got it too early, I didn't know how to hold onto it," he says.

Trying to get back what he had lost, the chef opens a new restaurant in London with all of his own efforts and struggles. "I'm gonna run the best restaurant in the world," he promises to someone. Jones devotes himself to the new restaurant in order to gain the third Michelin star even though it has to be full of heat, pressure and violence in the kitchen.

The film reunites Cooper with Sienna Miller, whom he starred alongside in "American Sniper". Additionally, the film stars Uma Thurman, Emma Thompson, Daniel Bruhl, Lily James, Alicia Vikander, Matthew Rhys and Jamie Dornan. John Well serves behind the lens while Erwin Stoff, Michael Shamberg and Stacey Sher produce the movie. Having a script written by Steven Knight, the movie is scheduled for a U.S. release on October 23.
