The 'Ally McBeal' alum says her husband is now 'doing really well' after suffering broken ankle and pelvis following a plane crash in Los Angeles back in March.

AceShowbiz - Calista Flockhart has broken her silence on Harrison Ford's plane crash. The former "Brothers & Sisters" star admitted during a press event at the 2015 TCA summer press tour in Beverly Hills that her husband plane accident back in March was "a really hard, scary time for our family."

"I think it just makes you realize, once again, that life can turn on a dime. We just have to appreciate every second we're here, because you never know," the "Things You Can Tell Just by Looking at Her" actress continued. When asked about Harrison's current condition, she replied, "He's doing really well."

Calista said her husband wouldn't retire from flying any time soon despite his near-death experience. "You know, he loves it, so I love it and I support him 100|percent| in that," the "Supergirl" star explained, before adding, "[But] I don't fly, I'm the passenger in the plane."

Harrison was hospitalized at UCLA Medical Center on March 5 after his vintage World War II training plane crash landed on a golf course near Santa Monica Airport in Los Angeles, California. The "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" actor underwent surgery for broken ankle and pelvis before being released from the hospital in late March.

On May 28, Harrison was seen flying a helicopter to Catalina Island for the first time since the horrific accident. He was accompanied by a co-pilot.
