Danish actor Casper Crump will star as the time immortal supervillain on The CW's upcoming series, while Clancy Brown will portray Voight's fellow inmate on the NBC cop drama.

AceShowbiz - The CW's new series "DC's Legends of Tomorrow" has cast another actor to play its supervillain. Danish actor Casper Crump has landed the role of Vandal Savage, the time traveling and immortal villain.

Vandal Savage has spent the past 6,000 years moving like a virulent disease through history, whispering in the ears of despots and dictators, all leading to his eventual domination of the world. In the show's trailer, he's referred to as the one who "commands the most powerful army the world has ever seen."

Savage will be first introduced in "Arrow" / "The Flash" crossover episode, before he continues appearing on the midseason spin-off.

"Legends of Tomorrow" recently cast "Reckless" actor Falk Hentschel as Carter Hall a.k.a. Hawkman. The main cast includes Wentworth Miller as Captain Cold, Dominic Purcell as Heat Wave, Victor Garber as Firestorm, Brandon Routh as The Atom, and Caity Lotz as White Canary.

In other casting news, "Chicago P.D." has added "The Flash" vet Clancy Brown to the cast for its upcoming season 3. Brown will recur as Eddie Little, an inmate whom Voight (Jason Beghe) met when he was incarcerated and whom Voight now uses for information, The Hollywood Reporter reports. He will first appear in the third season opener.

Brown joins recurring guest star Markie Post, who has been confirmed to reprise her role as Lindsay's mom.

"Chicago P.D." returns for its third season September 30 at 10 P.M. on NBC.
