The actor who portrays Merc with a Mouth a.k.a. Deadpool will debut the official red-band trailer of the movie during his appearance on the talk show on Tuesday, August 4.

AceShowbiz - Ryan Reynolds is set to debut the official red-band trailer for "Deadpool" on "CONAN". The leading actor in the film will appear as a guest on the talk show on Tuesday, August 4 , during which "Ant-Man" star Judy Greer and Catfish & The Bottlemen will also make appearance.
The information about the trailer comes from the official website of the TBS talk show. "Ryan Reynolds debuts the new red band trailer for Deadpool," reads the statement about the forthcoming episode. "We're filling up his dressing room with chimichangas in anticipation."
The film's trailer was first screened at Comic-Con in San Diego on July 11. The crowd at Hall H was so impressed and they asked to play the trailer one more time. The trailer then leaked online just one day after the event.
Based on Marvel comic books, "Deadpool" tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson (Reynolds), who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.
The film has wrapped its production and will open in U.S. theaters on February 12, 2016. It is directed by Tim Miller from a script by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick. Other names in the cast are Morena Baccarin, Ed Skrein, Gina Carano and T.J. Miller.
